Hallo Everyone! I am 'MK', I am *Wellness Aspirant Finder* and this space is entirely run by me. I was born on the 3rd of the 2nd month, and the sum of these two numbers speaks of inner freedom. When I was 31, the loss of a very special one, made possible a self maturation on a spiritual level. My channels opened and after a shocking start, I got along with my new way to LIVE, in touch with parallel realities, all that's apparently hidden, and waving "hallo!" to the "other side"... :) I love my 2 little pets, a terrestrial turtle and a water turtle. My physical body resides most of the time in a chaotic capital city, thò it is hard to survive among electromagnetic waves, air pollution, acustic pollution, often I am called outside to take care of this "mission" towards the WELLBEING, getting in touch with different realities to implement my knowledges. Subjects concern the WELLBEING in all its forms and ways. Much starts from a healthy nutrition, able to heal. Life style is important, and the research of recharging ways to improve one's life is offered here. Confrontations with old and new philosophies about healing through food, plants, herbs are discussed. Sport is very importand BUT NOT vital.
